Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The full payment of your course is required to be paid in full, 7 days prior to the date of your training course. Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card or other accepted methods. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Notification of cancellation must be received by the close of business on the 14th day from your initial booking with Lashes By Jodi Academy. Rescheduling must be arranged at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability. If you would like to change your course date with less than 72 hours notice, there will be a £100 rebooking fee. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged the full remaining balance. 3. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable after 14 days from your initial booking with Lashes By Jodi Academy. This needs to be notified by the close of business on the 14th day. Any requests received after this time will be considered the next business day and will not qualify for a refund. 4. Model Requirements for Courses: Models must meet course-specific requirements, such as age and prior treatments. Students are responsible for ensuring their model arrives on time. 5. Course Completion: Certification requires full participation in all course components, including theory, practical work and case studies. 6. Health & Safety: Clients and students must adhere to health and safety guidelines during treatments and courses. If unwell or contagious, notify us immediately to reschedule. 7. Liability: Lashes by Jodi Academy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Clients and students must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies before services or training. 8. Privacy & Data Protection: Personal data collected is used solely for service provision and kept confidential. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law. 9. Product & Equipment Use: Students are responsible for the correct use of provided products and equipment. Damages due to misuse may incur additional charges. 10. Course Attendance & Conduct: Punctuality is essential; late arrivals may result in missed content. Professional behaviour is expected; inappropriate conduct may result in dismissal without a refund. 11. Policy Updates: Lashes by Jodi Academy reserves the right to update policies as needed. Clients and students will be informed of significant changes.
